Karl Schmid
Man of many hats at RSA
A native of Australia, Karl joined the RSA team in 2010 after having worked with the President of Theatrical Marketing for Lionsgate Films. Before this Karl worked with TV Guide Network and in Development with TLC. Prior to this, Karl was based in London where he was fortunate enough to work for iconic Agent and Television Producer Peter Bennett-Jones, under the umbrella of PBJ Management – one of Europe's most respected theatrical agencies. During his time at PBJ Karl was responsible for managing the careers of comedy giants like Rowan Atkinson, Eddie Izard and Barry Humphries – the latter whom he also Associate Produced his prime time ITV1 chat show in 2007.
Karl's professional experience working with talent has taken him all over the world to countries such as New Zealand, Denmark, Canada, Japan but he is most at home here in the USA with the RSA family.
